Rufai said this protest has never been about Ìgbò, Yoruba or whatever. Sorry Rufai. Unless you haven't been on social media these past weeks. Some people made it about the Ìgbòs long before it even started. We had people on social media saying the protest is a plan by disgruntled Igbos and Obi supporters to destroy Nigeria. Some people are even calling for Igbos to leave Lagos on account of this protest and even giving them ultimatums. We had people making reference to EndSars and said it was Igbos who planned it to destroy Lagos and that they have started doing it again. So, yes, people made it ethnic and another pretext to scapegoat Igbos. As an Ìgbò, I'm tired of being the scapegoat and I 100% support the idea of Igbos staying away from this protest and letting other people take this one. Unfortunately, people are still scapegoating the Ìgbòs for not taking part. They are now saying we betrayed our fellow Nigerians. Damn if you do, damn if you don't. It is really exhausting to be an Igbo person in Nigeria, at every level, the tribalism is present, even in schools. Great one @Arise Tv
As for the statement by the Lagos state governor. It's borderline stupid to say protest is not going to make changes. Then, Nigerians should continue to protest. That's what's done in other countries.
This park is actually an insult to Late Gani Fahwenmi
But you people said that lagos is developed where as lagos is still primitive and poor backwardnes in every thing in human life till today
Oga , what kalu said is not far from the truth, Igbos are the target,we have learned our lesson
Hey bodies, my daughters in high school 11 grade doing summer part time jobs in 🇺🇸for 30 hours are being paid $300 after tax. It is just unfortunate but I strongly believe God . will surely bring our country Nigeria from this mess IJMN🙏🏽. May God strengthen and bless Arise bodies IJMNA.
Inside life…
All the demands that you have just red there is what makes America great, so if your government can practically meet to yours demands, Nigeria has joined the leading countries in the world.
It’s time give more money and no taxes
All the questions raised by Sanwo Olu shows that our leaders are truly wicked and are not ready to change/adjust their suffering policies.
The essence of protests is to make the government rethink all their policies and bring relief to the general masses
Benjamin Kalu is a NOBODY!!! What moral right does he have to tell the Igbo's what to do or not to do? ONYE OSHI!!!
In this case he has spoken well!
@@augustineasoegwu6359ewu what has kalu done for us 🫵🏿
Yes supported!! Igbos shouldn't join the protest because we're always the target whenever there's protest!!!
Nobody dropped any bag abeg...
Na them put am...😏nonsense
no mind those liars
That's a brotherly advice from Kalu.
When you have "ONI GBANA" as your PRESIDENT what do you expect na !!😢
IGBO WILL NOT JOIN... SIMPLE
Intact demon is completely incharge of Nigeria.
Abati, you have 2 mouths. What are you saying? Should they not protest?
Yes, indeed, if this was a responsible government, the protests would bring down prices of food because the voice of the people would be heard. Abatti, have some shame!
Wow! What a show of might. What a beautiful chant to go with it. A strong message to the protestors and demonstrators. We also need such marches and shows of muscle in the North and Delta region to show bandits, kidnappers and militia men that the state is in control. Don’t be cowards 😂 stop threatning unarmed protestors, go and march in the North and show us your might.
You deliberately for south east
Please update your comments
Imagine seeing this number of police men showing off just because of a peaceful protest
Where have they been all this time we are suffering from insecurity in the country
Its really heart breaking seeing this
I support Kalu, no Igbo man should protest
Igbos have decided before now that they are not going to protest against the government that was against their votes. The country should enjoy the government the court decided for them.
@@mayarojukwu4464 gbam. Cook better food , take cool beer step am down
@@mayarojukwu4464perioooooood👍🏼
That woman rapper cannot speak for the igbos, ndigbo already boycotted protest from day one.
Igbos are where so they are protesting each state they found themselves Gbam ! !!
Sir at home is what Nigerians should embrace as protest
It is the most powerful tool. Be bold. Copy it from Igbo civil right and freedom activists
Kalu thinks all igbos fear him 😂😂
That's not they point.
Rufia , we will not protest because when the Nigerian armies were doing operation python dance where Igbo youths were slaughtered like flies nobody i mean Nobody said anything , we are always on the receiving side of inhuman treatment in Nigeria . During evil Buhari they borrowed money to fix railway lines in every state DID THEY PUT ANY RAILWAY LINES PASS THROUGH THE EAST AND STILL WILL WILL PARTICIPATE IN PAYING FOR THE DEBT THAT INJUSTICE..
Benjamin Kalu this protest is for the betterment of all Nigerians. As long as you haven't gotten your own country it is for the ibos and all of us. Mr too wise
My country Nigerian as far as I'm concerned no body will go to heaven...
Sambisa forest ooooooooooooooooo that's were they should be.. what a country
A big shame on all Nigeria, military, and all the police, is this were you all are, supposed to be,go and fight kidnappers, bandits, and, boko, harm
First of all Kalu is not, and have never been the voice of ndį Igbo (FYI). Igbo's vote and numerous injustices will be their number one reason. Plus I think the demands are fair for ALL Nigerians
Kalu is never qualified to speak for the igbos, we have no reason to protest because we did not vote for Tinubu so we are not expecting anything from him rather we will protect ourselves and businesses which the hungry yoruba and hausa youths will come and ĺoot
I support Benjamin kalu , rufia you will not understand, being an igbo is hard ,only what will enjoy is God's grace and protection
Ojy be giving Rufai sensitive topics to discuss as the one you gave Dr Abbatti. He’s a politician not speaking for the people.
Well, that's exactly what he has just done. Kalu just advised the Igbos. He was right.
We all knows that no nigeria force have equipment
😂😂😂😂😂
*Nobody buys fuel cheaper*
*Nobody buys bread cheaper*
*Poverty, hunger, insecurity doesn't recognize Region, Religion, Tribe*
Meaning exactly what? Protest na by force? My friend, learn to live with the consequences of your irrational decisions.
Thank God we all live in Nigeria we buy from the same market
Many of us are not Nigeria. We are Biafrans. We are demanding that our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu should be released unconditionally, as the courts have discharged him.
...but why are Nigerian forces and Millitatry operatives so backward
OGA SEND THAT MESSAGE TO THE YORUBA PEOPLE LEAVING IN LAGOS, BEFORE CALLING NAMES, IGBO'S WANT MR TINUBU'S GOVERNMENT. HE'S A GOOD MAN FOR THE PEOPLE. God bless D Igbo's.
Is d Nigeria police men are even protesting now self
How did they know there was going to be an Explosive? How proactive have our Police been before now? It's hard to agree that this is not targetted at instilling fear in the hearts of protesters.
I love Benjamin kalu for stating the truth
My pain is this junior officers are the one suffering most. Let them keep supporting evil government
Well spoken Dr. Rufai... It's a Nigerian protest not about ethnicity
Rufai talks like someone who has never been outside Nigeria. Things are, though, all over the world, not Nigeria only.
Rubbish president I've ever seen
I Hail thee my senior colleague and comrade, Rufai Oseni your comment and level of intelligence is second to none❤❤❤
So we have such force in Nigeria...yet innocent people are killed everyday kidnapped and nothing is done about it....I curse this country called Nigeria
Country that has already been cursed you are still cursing it? Carry on 🤦
Sir Rufai
Kalu made his statements that way because earlier before the protest Igbo's have been accused of being planners of the protest not Nigerians 🇳🇬 as you said.
